This is a new kind of post for me…the recipes that I usually post on here are full of butter, sugar and just yummy, bad for you, goodness. But this time I thought I would switch it up and post a recipe that’s super healthy for you. And by super healthy, I mean super healthy…these muffins have got chia seeds, flaxseed meal, agave, raw coconut shavings, banana and tons more “good for ingredients.”
I love this recipe because 1) you can eat two of these and still feel good about yourself (lol) 2) it’s super easy (there are literally three steps) and 3) you can really make this recipe your own. For example, switch out the flaxseed meal for coconut flour or use maple syrup instead of agave. I also want to point out that yes, some of these measurements may seem a little weird…but there’s a method to the madness! But now…let’s get a bakin’!
